There is no fee to register to become a member.
We accept bank transactions. Bank of Nova Scotia and NCB Direct deposits.
When your package arrives in Jamaica and is processed you will receive a notification and your invoice that your packages are ready for delivery.
We ship 3-4 days a week! Packages arrive within 2-3 days after reaching our warehouse. Once on your dashboard, it is typically ready within 1–2 business days. Shipping schedules may change due to airline availability, and peak season from November to January may cause delays.
In the event that you decide to cancel or change delivery arrangements you must notify us as soon as possible. Failure to do so will attract a delivery fee to have your delivery re-routed.
If a package was damaged during shipping, contact our representatives to report it and an investigation will be conducted. Packages must be properly packaged by your merchant; we are not liable if items are not shipped in correct packaging to withstand transit.
We offer delivery to Kingston, Spanish Town and Portmore within city limits at a price. We deliver islandwide via Knutsford and TARA courier, and carrier fees apply.
Yes. It must be properly packaged. It is recommended to be in the original packaging inside a wooden crate. A signed waiver is required by the airline carrier.
Smart Shopper Tips
- Always include your unique account number in your shipping address to avoid special handling fees.
- Upload your supplier invoices as soon as you receive tracking numbers to speed up customs clearance.
- For fragile items like TVs, ensure the seller uses original packaging, preferably in a wooden crate.
Banned Items
Do not ship these items. They may be seized by Jamaica Customs:
- Firearms, ammunition, and weapon parts.
- Explosives and highly flammable materials.
- Illegal drugs and narcotics.
- Counterfeit currency and goods.
- Pornography and indecent materials.
Requires License
Ensure you have permits before shipping:
- Drones may require approval.
- Meats, fruits, and live plants.
- Motor vehicles and certain auto parts.
- Pharmaceuticals and specific chemicals.
